Good to know.
Everything people usually ask before they join.
Is MENTwork free?
Yes. Joining, matching, messaging, and booking 1‑on‑1s are all free.
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older. You can join as a mentee, a mentor, or both.
Do I need to download anything?
Not yet. MENTwork works in any phone or computer browser at mentwork.app. The iPhone app is coming soon.
How does matching work?
We look at your field, goals, skills, school, city, how you like to meet, and a quick work-style quiz. Every match shows the reasons you two fit.
How much time does mentoring take?
As much or as little as you want. You choose how many mentees you take, pause anytime, and decide together how often to meet.
Can mentors connect with other mentors?
Yes. Anyone can connect with anyone. Mentors network with mentors, and mentees connect with fellow mentees.
How do you keep it safe?
Everyone confirms they're 18+. Only people you've connected with can message you, and you can report or block anyone at any time.
I run a school or organization. Can we partner?
Partner programs are coming soon. Email [email protected] to join the waitlist or ask about a pilot.
